All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been successfully placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping and Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping on all eligible orders. The estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, local carrier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

Zirelo accepts orders from eligible destinations supported by our shipping partners. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary by destination and product. If shipping is not available to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take a few business days to update.

5. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some orders placed through Zirelo may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party partners. Depending on the product and destination, your order may be shipped from outside your country of residence.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. If any such charges are imposed by the destination country or customs authorities, they may be the responsibility of the customer. Zirelo does not control customs procedures or duty amounts.

7. Shipping Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur. Zirelo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen events. If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase. Zirelo cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses. If an order has already been processed or shipped and the shipping information provided is incorrect, we may be unable to change the delivery address. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to incorrect information.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

If your package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. When contacting us, please provide your order number, tracking information, and any relevant photographs or evidence.

10. Delivery Attempts

Delivery is handled by the shipping carrier responsible for your destination. If the carrier is unable to deliver your package because no one is available or the address is incorrect, please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange another delivery attempt or collect the package.
